Canberra to the Coast

Ed and I planned to do this run together, but some last minute changes meant I couldn't make it, leaving Ed to find his way solo. He said the route was great this way, and steam rolled from Queenbeyan to Araluen in around 4 hours flat, so it's a much faster way than via the tinderries!

He thought the climb up Knowles Road was a bit too harsh for a one day ride though, so next time we'll go via Larry's Mountain Road, which is a little further South toward Moruya, but drops us into Mogo National Park and the Angry Doctor single track with a lot less effort; ensuring plenty of spare energy for hooking it up all the way to Batemans Bay!

I'm looking forward to trying the new route in January...
