The first ride of the season for me and the
weather was beautiful! Spring in Canberra, hard to beat
:)
Warrick and I headed out from the
Stromolo carpark, heading north all the way up to Parkes
way. A fair run for the first one, and Warrick set a
pretty fast pace (goddamn fit bastard!).
We took
every little tiny track we could on the way, dodging
tree braches and ruts at high speeds. Good
fun.
It's now time to start getting back into the weekly
rides, I'll be organinsing some easy going ones at
first, but there'll be a return to Mt Clear and a trip
out to Koziousko (or how ever the hell you spell
it!). Plenty of new rides to be found in Namadgi too,
inluding that another go at that 20km all downhiller from
last year...
