Kicking off from the Aquarium we headed over into
the forrest for a couple of climbs to the top of Mt
Stromlo. The boys took off for some fun in the trees and
as this was my first taste of downhill (and my first
MTB since I wa a kid!) I was scared pooh-less! Was an
awesome experience and got me hooked on this sport
:)
An easy ride back with Neil in the lead, took us
over some black berry bushes, a big mistake. 4
punctures in my tires and 3 other people with flats too
:(
Learned from that!
Stromolo is huge, so I'm keen
to go back into some other parts of it later.....
